We'd been lucky... Hector hadn't had to go TAD for a while, so when he had to go for 4 days up to Mass. I was thinking "ok, not bad. I can do this for 4 days." Of course, this is when Mikayla had the MOST things to do in a 4-day period: softball practice, talent show, game on Sat & two make up games on Sun.
We got through the practice & the talent show (see pics). Everyone was still kickin' it. Whew.
Then on Sat (at like 0100) Alex decided to start getting sick. Awesome. But being the LOVER of Tylenol & Motrin (he didn't have any other symptoms) & he was a happy little dude when his temp was down, off to the game we all went.
Here are the girls getting their pep talk from Coach Jeff. & they won!
